  • Please tell me how to join VLP.

    In FY2023, the VLP was established by eight local governments (Shinjuku-ku, Sumida-ku, Shibuya-ku, Nakano-ku, Suginami-ku, Hachioji City, Komae City, and Tama City) and the “Learning” Safety Net” (4 locations in Tokyo).
    For children and students eligible for VLP use, each local government has its own operational policy, so please contact your local board of education.

  • Unable to log in to VLP.

    Please check and implement the following and log in again.
    ・If cookies are blocked in your browser settings, please set them so that they do not block cookies.
    ・Please delete your cache and restart your browser, then follow the entry procedure in the operating manual to try again.
    Please note that depending on the device's MDM settings and network environment, errors may occur, such as stopping in the middle of the room entry procedure when connecting. If you are unable to log in due to settings on your device (MDM restrictions, etc.) or network environment (VPN restrictions, etc.), please contact us using the inquiry form.

  • I forgot my password.

    You will need to have your account reissued, so please apply using the inquiry form.

  • I can't hear the other person in voice chat.

    Please check the following and try again.
    ・Please connect wired earphones to your device before entering the space.
    ・Please get close enough to the other person's avatar.
    - If the above does not resolve the issue, please check the audio settings from "メニュー" → "オプション" → "サウンド" at the top of the app screen.
    ・Please check whether the earphones can be used in the settings of your PC.

  • The other party cannot hear me in voice chat.

    Please check the following and try again.
    ・Please connect wired earphones to your device before entering the space.
    ・Please get close enough to the other person's avatar.
    - If the above does not resolve the issue, please check if the device recognizes the microphone using the microphone test from "メニュー" → "オプション" → "サウンド at the top of the app screen.

  • Can I hear the voices around me during private voice chat?

    While using the private voice chat area (*a function where voice chats can only be received within the area shown in light blue) or private voice chat (*a voice chat function that requires permission to specify the other party), you cannot hear the voices of those around you. lose.
    However, the administrator's voice can be heard using the public address microphone function.
