The Company shall use Personal Information only within the scope of the stated purpose of use. If the Company intends to use Personal Information beyond such scope, it shall obtain the prior consent of the individual concerned.

When acquiring Personal Information, the Company shall clearly indicate the purpose of use in advance. If the purpose of use is changed, the Company shall obtain the consent of the individual concerned.

In carrying out the Project, the Company may outsource the handling of Personal Information to a third party. In such cases, the Company shall ensure the proper management of Personal Information, including by entering into appropriate agreements with such contractors regarding the handling of Personal Information.

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

When providing Personal Information to a third party, the Company shall obtain the prior consent of the individual concerned, except where otherwise permitted by law. The Company shall not provide Personal Information to any third party without such consent.

5. Security Management of Personal Information

The Company shall appropriately implement security management measures for the handling of Personal Information, including information security measures, in order to prevent unauthorized access to, leakage, loss, alteration, or other incidents involving Personal Information.

The Company shall appoint a person responsible for the management of Personal Information and shall manage such information securely.

The Company shall periodically review its management systems and initiatives for the protection of Personal Information and shall strive for continuous improvement.
4.
The Company shall provide training for its employees, officers, and other personnel who handle Personal Information regarding the protection of Personal Information and appropriate methods of management and shall ensure the proper handling of Personal Information in the Project.

6. Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.

If an individual requests disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or any other action regarding his or her own Personal Information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Company shall respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
